This policy applies to purchases made online at www.batterseapowersupplies.co.uk.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must first notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at:
 hello@batterseapowersupplies.co.uk.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Conditions of Return

  • Items must be unused and in re-saleable condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method and will include the standard delivery charge paid at the time of purchase (if applicable). We are not required to refund any upgraded or express delivery costs.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at: hello@batterseapowersupplies.co.uk

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs where possible

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • You are entitled to a full refund within 30 days if goods are faulty
  • After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement before issuing a refund

We will cover reasonable return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food items)
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalised or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards

5. How to Return an Item

Please send or drop your items directly to us at our shop location in Battersea Power Station. Please include your name and order number inside the parcel.
