Returns and refunds
How to return an item
Please return any unwanted items, unused and in their original packaging by registered post or courier within 30 days of receiving your order. (Please make sure to get proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for returned goods lost in transit). We will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please note it may take longer than this for the transaction to appear in your account.

Returns in store
You are also welcome to return goods in person by bringing them into the store. Please have your packing slip or proof of purchase with you.
Faulty or damaged goods
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact hello@batterseapowersupplies.co.uk immediately and we will help you to resolve any problems.
